# HVAC Service Completed Responded to a no-cooling complaint on a 2-year-old residential air conditioning system. Upon arrival, found the outdoor condenser unit heavily covered with dirt, grime, mold, and organic growth, with surrounding vegetation encroaching on the equipment. The unit's exterior surfaces showed extensive contamination that was restricting proper airflow through the condenser coil. Performed comprehensive cleaning of the condenser unit, removing accumulated debris, organic matter, and biological growth from all exterior surfaces and coil fins. Cleared vegetation and debris from around the unit perimeter to restore proper clearance for adequate airflow. Inspected internal components and found copper refrigerant lines intact with no visible damage. Noted significant weathering and rust accumulation on the base pan and mounting surfaces, though structural integrity remained sound. After cleaning, verified system operation with normal airflow through the condenser coil
